Looking at small business jobs that have declined more recently (between 2014 and 2016), Indeed found that business and finance jobs declined sharply during that period, 58%. Office and administrative support jobs have also declined significantly, by 36%.

Other job categories declining in small businesses, according to Indeed, are food service and service (18%), installation, maintenance and repair (17%), management (16%), health care (15%) and architecture. and technology (13 percent).
